Steel profiles
The profiles have a depth exceeding 75 mm and a visible section ranging from 20 to 70 mm. They are manufactured through cold forming of galvanized sheet metal strip with a thickness of 15/10, with the thermal barrier achieved by inserting glass-fiber reinforced polyamide mechanically joined to the external steel shells.
Depending on the type of opening, the sash/frame sightlines range from 5 to 6 cm. Profiles within the series (available in L, T, Z, I, C, and H shapes) can be combined to create various types of openings and fixed frames.
The design of operable profiles includes snap-in gaskets for internal and external “double-rebate” sealing systems, with the option to integrate a third central gasket. The profiles are assembled by welding.
The glazing beads, available in rectangular, angular, shaped or triangular sections, are snap-fitted into the continuous groove of each profile and accommodate glass thicknesses up to 54 mm.
The aesthetics of the operable sashes feature an internal and external double overlap.
